Safety Requirements: Workplace Health and Safety Regulations apply on site & covered footwear to be worn at ALL TIMES. No children allowed on site.

Buyers’ Premium: A Buyers’ Premium of 9% GST Inclusive will be added to the sale price of each item sold.

Terms of Payment: 10% Deposit by Cash or Certified Bank Cheque on Fall of Hammer Essential, unless prior arrangements are made with the Auctioneers.  Balance to be paid by 12 noon Friday 19th June 2009. The Vender reserves the right to withdraw any items prior to sale without notice.

Inspection: Monday 15th, Tuesday 16th June 2009 and morning of sale, or by prior arrangement with the Auctioneers.
