Safety Requirements: Workplace Health and Safety Regulations apply on site & covered footwear to be worn at ALL TIMES. No children allowed on site.
Buyers’ Premium: A Buyers’ Premium of 5.5% GST Inclusive will be added to the sale price of each item sold.
Terms of Payment: 10% Deposit by Cash or Certified Bank Cheque on Fall of Hammer Essential, unless prior arrangements are made with the Auctioneers. Balance to be paid by 12 noon Friday 30th May 2008. The Vender reserves the right to withdraw any items prior to sale without notice.
Travel & Accommodation: Mount Isa is serviced daily by various airlines, with direct flights from Brisbane. Early Bookings are recommended as flights fill rapidly. Charter Flights also operate regularly. Mount Isa is well serviced by various motels and hotels, however prior bookings are recommended.
Inspection: Wednesday 28th May 2008, Morning of sale, or by prior arrangement with the Auctioneers.
